How to Export from kvCORE / BoldTrail

Open Smart CRM
Log in to kvCORE and go to the Smart CRM section.

Click More Actions > Export Contacts
Click the "More Actions" dropdown and select "Export Contacts."

Choose your email and click EXPORT
Select the email address where you want the CSV sent, then click EXPORT.

Download the CSV from your email
kvCORE sends the export file to your email rather than downloading it directly. Check your inbox and download the CSV attachment.

Import into Base
In Base, go to Contacts and click Import > Import Contacts. Upload the CSV file.

Tips for kvCORE / BoldTrail Users
- The CSV is emailed to you rather than downloaded directly from the browser.
- US and Canadian exports have slightly different templates (province vs state).
- The export may include fewer fields than expected. Not all kvCORE data appears in the CSV.
- "Hashtag" is kvCORE's term for tags. It auto-maps to Tags in Base.
