Why Teams Switch from Wise Agent
Limited integrations with modern tools
Wise Agent has a small integration ecosystem. Connecting to modern lead sources, dialers, and marketing platforms often requires manual workarounds or Zapier. Base integrates with the tools real estate teams actually use.
Basic reporting that doesn't scale
Wise Agent's reporting works for solo agents but falls short for teams. There's no pipeline velocity tracking, team comparison dashboards, or deal stage analytics. Base includes performance insights designed for growing teams.
Dated design that feels behind the times
Wise Agent's interface hasn't had a significant redesign in years. The layout feels cluttered, and the mobile experience is limited. Base offers a modern, clean interface that's fast on desktop and mobile.
No call recording or transcription
Wise Agent doesn't offer built-in call recording or transcription. For teams that rely on phone outreach, this means buying a separate tool. Base includes both on every plan.
